Should an Instrument fail because it is FAULTY the customer would be contacted before
the item is due to be returned as to the nature of the fault, together with a repair/investigation/quotation.
(NO REPAIR CHARGES ARE MADE WITHOUT THE PRIOR CONSENT OF THE CUSTOMER).
